This project in Concord, Massachusetts includes sensitive siting of a new house, selective editing of existing trees while saving and protecting specimen trees while abiding by conservation setbacks. It was also important to maintain a presence to the street in keeping with the neighborhood fabric. The program includes, new swimming pool, terraced gardens, dining terrace, putting green and children's playhouse.
