Cordage Seaport
The adaptive reuse of the Plymouth Cordage Company site will transform a historically significant industrial landscape into a vibrant mixed use community. Michael Wasser Associates is developing a landscape that incorporates a main entry boulevard; a public green that surrounds an historic mill pond; a retail village streetscape; two private residential “pocket parks” and a sports center. The site is linked to the Plymouth MBTA stop and is the gateway to a future phase two seaside development.
