Zhonghai Villas

Twelve custom designed villas and gardens for a private residential development, part of 79 custom villas in a gated community located approximately 45 minutes southwest of Downtown Shanghai.

Each of the twelve residences range in size from 3,000 to 7,000 square feet and include private gardens unified by shared perimeter walls and public waterways. Each villa design is an artful mingling of western design with respect for Chinese culture, including Feng Shui design principals.
